Writing Intensive Clinic

Since 2014, UIC provides the freshman students with the Writing Intensive Clinic (WIC), which is a three-week program designed to prepare students for the rigorous intellectual demands of the all-English UIC Common Curriculum (CC) before they officially start college. The program is led by the faculty composed of the foreign professors in Yonsei which will work with the students to familiarize the different types of academic writing and build their academic basis through liberal arts classes and academic guidance. Through WIC, freshman students can build the foundation to effectively absorb UIC’s liberal arts education and pursue a successful college life. Writing Intensive Clinic Application
